In September 1999, Shenzhen Yinghua Jade Mold Embryo Injection Parts Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Guanlan, Shenzhen.

In November 2000, Dongguan Chang'an Yinghua Yumen Branch was established.

In May 2001, the company introduced a batch of automation equipment such as Taiwan CNC, lathes, internal and external cylindrical grinders, and implemented the "5S" management system.

In February 2002, Huizhou Chenjiang Yinghua Jade Store was established; Shenzhen Yinghua Jade Mould Factory was established, and advanced equipment from Taiwan, Germany and Japan was introduced to process and produce precision mould bases, smooth plates, abrasive steels, etc.

In January 2003, Shenzhen Shajing Yinghua Jade Store, Dongguan Tangxia Yinghua Jade Store, and Shenzhen Yinghuayu Precision Mould Parts Factory were established to produce high-precision mould parts with a processing tolerance of less than 1μm.

In August 2004, Dongguan Changping Yinghua Jade Store was established; Dongguan Fenggang Yinghua Jade Store was established

In January 2005, Daoxian Changxing Mould Technology Co., Ltd. was established to mass produce standardized mold parts such as independent guide posts, BB die bases, guide post and guide bushes; in April, it passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification recognized by British Moody International;

In July 2006, the wire cutting factory was established, and a batch of Japanese Sodick brand wire cutting machines were introduced to engage in professional wire cutting processing; Processing Equipment.

In December 2012, Shenzhen Zhuorui Linghang Precision Mould Technology Co., Ltd. was established to carry out scientific and technological development of online sales and research and development of the latest technology of moulds.

In March 2015, the company increased its capital by 8 million yuan to introduce advanced processing equipment such as a new generation of CNC machine tool grinders in the Kunshan factory, and increased the research and development of the latest technology for molds.

In July 2020, the company established its headquarters in Huizhou Yinghuayu Mould Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.
